Column Groups

Nest ColDef.children under a spanning header. Pin the whole group, or mix leaf widths. Group headers use groupHeaderHeight from config.

Person / Placement / Metrics

The Person group is pinned left. Leaf columns still sort, filter, resize, and edit independently.
